SURGICAL KIT​

Our surgical kit was developed by Dr. Martin Grobler, a leading oral surgeon from the Netherlands, and features four Microcopy NeoBurrs.

Dr. Grobler embraces a highly minimalistic approach, aiming to use the fewest burs possible while still achieving maximum functionality. He is a strong advocate for Microcopy’s Lindemann burs, valuing their sharpness, strength, enhanced tactile feedback, and the consistent clinical results they deliver. He also appreciates the multi-purpose nature of Lindemann burs. For example, before implant placement or when preparing for dental prostheses, he always refines the shape and contour of the bone. Instead of switching to another bur for this step, he simply uses the Lindemann bur, which performs the task perfectly—eliminating the need to introduce an additional bur.

To support users, Dr. Grobler has created a clear clinical protocol that outlines how to best utilize each bur in the kit. He also highlights Microcopy’s burs in his webinar “Introduction to Oral Surgical Procedures” as well as in his product review videos. Together, these resources provide clinicians with practical guidance, enabling them to use the kit with confidence and ease.
